The Perfect Championship
No county has ever cruised through a modern championship without a single slip — provincial run, round-robin and the knockout gauntlet. A slot machine deals you a random county and decade; you pick one real player and slot him into your 15. Eleven... no — fifteen picks, then the engine simulates all nine games. One off-day anywhere and Sam stays put.
How it works
Spin → a random county and era (2000s, 2010s or 2020s) appears with its best players of that period. Pick one, place him in any open slot that matches his position — goalkeeper, the six backs, midfield, or the six forwards. The pool covers the 31 competing counties (Kilkenny, you're grand, stick to the hurling). The engine weighs every line — a flaky keeper or a soft full-back line will be found out in the round-robin — then simulates a nine-game run: provincial quarter-final to All-Ireland final. Win all nine and the Sam Maguire is coming home.
